Job Description:

Qualification & Experience:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Valid Qatar driver’s license with a clean driving record.

– Minimum of 2-3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

– Professional appearance and demeanor.

– Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.

– CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Transport guests safely to and from the hotel to designated locations, including airports, tourist attractions, and other destinations.

– Assist guests with luggage and provide information about local attractions and services.

– Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel vehicle(s).

– Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

– Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel policies to ensure the safety of guests and others.

– Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest questions or concerns in a polite and professional manner.

– Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.

– Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

– Assist with other duties as assigned by hotel management.
