ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role also ensure strong CARS (Content, Availability, Ratings & Reviews, and Search) implementation that will drive the superior shopping experience in both PC/Mobile with both pure players  & retailers with online platform.

  • Manage and execute listing of products with e-Retailers and maintain pages to have correct and up-to-date contents including items packaging, pricing and origins
  • Ensure availability of all required SKUs on all e-trailers platforms, as per principals MSL.
  • Negotiates contracts driven by principals with Key account on e-commerce with the support of the DMs & GMs
  • Coordinate with partners the implementation of success stories to Qatar market.
  • Agree with Partners on the e-channel yearly KPIs and calendars of Promotions.
  • Analyze and report monthly (internally and to principals)channel improvement in terms of listing gaps and sales growth/performance
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Divisional Management, Demand and Supply Managers, Trade Marketing, and WH Team to create bridge between sales, supply & delivery and ensure all customer requests and stock requirements are fulfilled
  • Constructively challenge internal orders to achieve satisfactory service for high priority Digital Commerce customers. E.g. push internally to process each order with full quantity and highlight any missed quantities to ABA Customers.
  • Coordinate with the Partners about the returns before accepting any spot execution gaps vs agreements in the e-Retailers and communicate these to the Sales team
  • Coordinate with each Division of the FMCG Stream in order to get ECom bundles embellished on priority and to maintain 1 month coverage of costs
  • Align with the Divisional Stakeholders to increase all the e-Commerce (Talabat, Snoonu, Instashop, etc) customers credit limit on a case to case basis
  • Ensure categories and brands ranking in customer and key events
  • Work closely with the customers and internal teams for monthly master business activities plan and ensure perfect execution
  • Drive categories growth sales target and market share in e-commerce channel
  • Ensure the implementation of all the agreed upon activation online.
  • Coordinate with customers for account opening formalities and T&C’s for business
  • Improvise service for high-priority customer (>85% fulfillment of POs from ABA to Customers and 90% + confirmation rate)
  • Track and review all return requests from customers. Perform detailed analysis to achieve a one-time resolution for each case
  • Audit/report search result of Power SKUs to measure ‘Share of Search’ on e-Retailers
  • Identify growth opportunities in customers per categories and translate into monthly business plan
  • Implement ‘tagging’ where possible to improve search keyword discoverability
