Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is an added advantage
  • Must have worked as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and techniques.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand financial and controlling requirements.
  • Manage and configure Salesforce environment, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and overall system health checks.
  • Provide support and training to Salesforce users across various departments.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to optimize business processes.
  • Handle data management tasks, including data import/export, deduplication, and cleansing.
  • Maintain security and access settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Implement and manage integrations with third-party applications and systems.
  • Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of Salesforce processes and address any issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications (SAP, Informatica, PowerBI
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
