Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is an added advantage
- Must have worked as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Proficiency in data management tools and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand financial and controlling requirements.
- Manage and configure Salesforce environment, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and overall system health checks.
- Provide support and training to Salesforce users across various departments.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to optimize business processes.
- Handle data management tasks, including data import/export, deduplication, and cleansing.
- Maintain security and access settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party applications and systems.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of Salesforce processes and address any issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications (SAP, Informatica, PowerBI
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
