Qualifications and Experience : 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in pricing management, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed pricing decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other pricing or business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive market dynamics and pricing structures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with pricing software or ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with international pricing strategies.

Primary Purpose of the Job : 

The Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that optimize revenue, ensure competitiveness, and support our market position. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive sector.

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies for new and existing products across various markets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer demand to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular price reviews, ensuring pricing remains competitive and in line with market conditions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set pricing targets and goals.
  • Provide pricing guidance for promotional activities, discounts, and special offers.
  • Prepare pricing models, reports, and presentations for leadership meetings.
  • Monitor the impact of pricing strategies on revenue and profitability, adjusting tactics as needed.
