  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, trustworthiness, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements of the executive team.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the executive office.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized filing systems for confidential records and documents.
  • Coordinate logistics for business travel, conferences, and hotel events.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets, expense reports, and procurement requests.
  • Support the planning and execution of hotel events, executive meetings, and VIP guest arrangements.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in all interactions.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
