Qualifications and Experience :
- University Degree Holder
- 2 years expertise in managing similar role demonstrated in team management
- At least 5 years background in a distributor/multinational FMCG business
- Good business communication skills
- Analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid Qatar driving license
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the food service industry to drive business growth and increase market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including restaurants, hotels, caterers, and other food service providers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Identify new business opportunities within the food service market, including potential clients, and new product lines.
- Negotiate contracts and secure new accounts while ensuring profitability.
- Set and manage sales targets for the team, ensuring that objectives are met or exceeded.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular updates on sales progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about food service industry trends, new products, and innovations.
- Train and equip sales team with product knowledge, market insights, and selling techniques specific to the food service sector.
- Conduct market research to identify food service tends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Adapt sales strategies based on market insights and competitor analysis.
- Regularly report on sales performance, providing accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and key performance metrics to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Handle customer complaints, product issues, and service-related concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure timely delivery of food products and services
