Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the food service industry to drive business growth and increase market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including restaurants, hotels, caterers, and other food service providers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and personalized service.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the food service market, including potential clients, and new product lines.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure new accounts while ensuring profitability.
  • Set and manage sales targets for the team, ensuring that objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular updates on sales progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about food service industry trends, new products, and innovations.
  • Train and equip sales team with product knowledge, market insights, and selling techniques specific to the food service sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify food service tends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on market insights and competitor analysis.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, providing accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and key performance metrics to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
