• Facilities Management experience required, specifically with HVAC systems.
• NOC and Police Clearance are mandatory.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems.
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Conduct inspections to ensure optimal performance of HVAC units.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in heating, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid system breakdowns.
• Document maintenance activities and system performance.
• Follow safety protocols during all HVAC-related tasks.
