IT Admin/Technical Assistant

Qualification & Experience:
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years in a related role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Support IT Department with daily operations and administrative tasks; coordinate activities among Division Managers, Section Heads, and Team Leads.

  • Assist with daily IT activities.
  • Send meeting agendas and prepare minutes.
  • Facilitate meetings and support documentation.
  • Handle office activities (gate passes, network accounts, meeting room bookings).
  • Manage PR/PO/SES in SAP and process invoices.
  • Provide admin/logistic support for events and training.
