QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have good communication skills, and customer service skills
  • Must be bilingual (Arabic & English)
  • Must have prior experience in the hotel industry

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as the hotel ambassador, by welcoming, assisting, and bidding farewell to guests.
  • Maintains active presence in the lobby, facilitates VIP arrivals and departures, and ensures personalized guest experiences.
  • Coordinates with management to prepare guest itineraries and handles guest requests and complaints efficiently.
  • Collects and disseminates guest information to relevant departments, supports promotional activities, and monitors guest satisfaction.
  • Participates in daily briefings, training, and special projects while ensuring safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborates closely with front office, management, and other hotel departments to enhance guest experience.
