Minimum High School education or equivalent.
Previous experience in hotel laundry operations or a similar environment preferred.
Basic knowledge of laundry processes, stain removal, and fabric care.
Ability to work with industrial laundry machines safely.
Physical stamina to lift, carry, and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexible and adaptable to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
Sort, load, and unload linens, uniforms, and other laundry items according to type, color, and degree of soiling.
Measure and add detergents, chemicals, and cleaning agents in correct amounts as per standard operating procedures.
Inspect laundry items before and after washing to ensure quality standards are met and report any damages or stains.
Handle guest laundry with care, ensuring proper washing, drying, and folding.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, equipment, and storage spaces.
Assist in inventory control by reporting shortages of chemicals, detergents, or linen supplies.
Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies at all times.
Support colleagues in ironing, folding, and delivery tasks when required.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Laundry Supervisor immediately.
