QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced environment
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to international guests
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
JOB PURPOSE :
- Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality, creating a lasting first impression
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance upon arrival and departure
- Guide guests to reception, concierge, lounges, restaurants, or other hotel facilities
- Assist with guest inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Coordinate closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Security teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage lobby traffic during peak times, ensuring guest comfort and discretion
- Assist VIP, VVIP, and long-stay guests with personalized attention in line with brand standards
- Handle guest concerns or complaints courteously and escalate when necessary
- Maintain the lobby’s appearance, ensuring it reflects the hotel standards
- Observe and report any security or safety concerns promptly
- Uphold brand values, grooming standards, and service etiquette at all times
