Job Summary:
To manage and ensure smooth functioning of all trade transactions and or increase the facility utilisation of trade customers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise the day to day processing/ delivery of all trade service products accordingly.
- Review all required material in order to appropriately recommend transactions and pricing.
- Facilitate constant product innovation to enable CBQ in becoming a leading trade transaction product provider to its wholesale clients.
- Participate in product launches and provide the necessary support in order to effectively create product awareness.
- Support development of the back office processes and procedures by effectively liaising with Operations to ensure that the set processes and procedures are in line with customer expectations
