Qualification & Experience:

• At least 10 years of varied maintenance and operational experience in the field of Mechanical maintenance. The incumbent must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
• Completion of Diploma/Degree Certification of at least 3 years duration.

Essential:

• Good knowledge of English, (both written and understanding technical manuals) is essential.
• Experience in large capacity water cooling systems and experience in supervising projects having piping, irrigation systems and associated works are essential.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Preferred:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.

Role Summary:

As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will coordinate and control the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of a wide range of mechanical equipment in a safe manner, in accordance with client procedures and accepted technical standards. The equipment includes, but not limited to cooling towers, condenser and chilled water pumps, tertiary pumps, ozone generators, air compressors, fire pumps, water treatment system, sanitary fixtures, vacuum pumps, wet and dry sprinkler system, and pipe work related to water and irrigation systems.
