QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

•    Holder of bachelor degree preferably related to the Hospitality sector
•  Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus.

• Very organised and systematic, thriving when setting up systems and procedures
• A minimum of Food Safety Level 3 or intermediate certification
• Outstanding people and leadership skills to develop and entertain successful relationships

• 7 – 10 years of experience in Hospitality or similar industry out of which 5 in a similar role.

• Must have GCC experience
• Franchise experience preferred
• Restaurant Multi Unit Management Experience

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for leading a team of Brand Managers, Restaurant Managers and Café Managers

• Drive the Operations implementation by seeking opportunities and initiatives that ensure delivery of store profit level and result in outstanding customer experience.

Internal :

• This position requires to be mostly on the field visiting geographically spread outlets and restaurants and Head Office when required.
• The role constantly needs to adapt to new unpredictable situations affecting the operation of the outlets.

External :

• As Head of Operation, the position needs to deal with the complex regulatory environment (Baladiya and other relevant governmental bodies), and dynamic socio-cultural and political environment.

• The position needs to deal with unpredictable legal and financial constraints, and will lead as a main contact for customers, suppliers and various regulatory authorities.

• ·  As Head of Operations, He/she will have the authority to implement the most adequate resolution to any given issue related to the operation of the restaurants, by formulating a strategy achieved through a set of critical decisions.
•        Has the authority to optimize the manpower resource on hand through adequate deployment.
• Offers valuable financial inputs, but does not make any decision with financial implications, such as raising CAPEX / OPEX without GM approval
