Qualification & Experience:

• At least 8 years of varied maintenance and operational experience in refinery plants or oil/gas stations or similar facilities with exposure to large HVAC installations. The incumbent should have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
• Completion of Diploma/Degree Certification of at least 3 years duration.

Essential:

• Good knowledge of English, (both written and understanding technical manuals) is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment, including BMS, HVAC, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Preferred:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software

Role Summary:

As the Operations Supervisor, you will efficiently coordinate and operate the central system and equipment in the plant rooms through the BMS systems of the facilities, ensuring safety and optimal performance.
