Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a pastry chef
• Skilled in creating a range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and food storage standards
• Valid QID and NOC
• Prepare a variety of pastries and baked goods as per recipes
• Innovate and develop new dessert items for the menu
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section
• Ensure that all pastry ingredients are fresh and stocked
• Train and supervise assistants in pastry preparation
