- Skilled in creating a range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods

- Valid QID and NOC
- Prepare a variety of pastries and baked goods as per recipes
- Innovate and develop new dessert items for the menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section
- Ensure that all pastry ingredients are fresh and stocked
- Train and supervise assistants in pastry preparation
