QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a similar operator or front desk role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in hotel operations and management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting when necessary
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
JOB PURPOSE :
- Answer incoming calls and greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage reservations, bookings, and guest information using our hotel management software
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
- Support other front desk operations during peak times
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures at all times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance guest service skills and knowledge
