QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum higher secondary school education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
BSc or Graduated engineer or with relevant industry experience in Oil and Gas operations
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
- Advanced skills and knowledge of campaign/shutdown management techniques, preferably in the petrochemical, refining, Oil & Gas exploration and / or production industries.
- Awareness / basic use of planning software tools i.e. Primavera P6, MS Project.
- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills required.
- Solid leadership skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environment.
- Fluent in English (listening, writing and speaking) and its technical vocabulary.
- Self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision.
- High level user of the Computerized Maintenance Management System
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure compliance with NOC Incident Free culture, Health and Safety and environment policy is delivering Incident Free Shutdown.
- To manage the pre-work, preparation and execution phases of R&S Campaigns in line with associated standards and procedures,
- Collate all information into a Bookies Board and communicate with onshore coordinators to ensure readiness of execution.
- To implement necessary actions to guarantee objectives are achieved.
- To assist Offshore Installation Manager with comprehensive and detailed execution plan for each R&S campaign, align with OIM on the site priority
- Provide daily reports to and via the NOC OC Campaign & Shutdown coordinator
- Manage contractor resources to ensure safe and reliable delivery of activities
- Contribute to the development of the level 4 plans to maintain critical path
- HSE :
– Adheres to NOC HSE policy and project objectives.
– Prepares campaign HSE plan with OIM/HSE advisor.
– Ensures Job Safety Analyses are timely validated by OIM. - Organization :
– Joins R&S Kick-off/prep meetings.
– Prepares offshore R&S perimeter and communicates to stakeholders.
– Drafts with OIM/OTL the Organization note for each campaign.
– Manages action tracker, follows up with owners/onshore coord.
– Supports development/implementation of R&S processes. - Scope of Work :
– Identifies work scopes with onshore coord & specialists.
– Updates Master Work Register/Board.
– Ensures work orders are ready before scope freeze.
– Suggests priorities and aligns achievable scope.
– Compiles data for integrated campaign plans. - Work Preparation :
– Coordinates work packs, isolations/spading and site validation.
– Promotes collaboration with stakeholders/contractors.
– Ensures procedures prepared & validated per NOC process.
– Identifies external service needs and initiates procurement.
– Organizes site surveys, populates lessons learned. - Logistics/Contracts :
– Defines/identifies equipment, materials & spares in WOs.
– Tracks availability with Material Coord.
– Issues Service Orders via onshore coord.
– Ensures timely mobilization of resources/personnel. - Planning :
– Supports planner with Level 4 schedule (mobilization/demob).
– Ensures manpower, accommodation and equipment needs met. - Post-Campaign :
– Compiles execution data & prepares Closeout report.
– Leads lessons learned review with stakeholders.
– Ensures WO closure and archiving.
