QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 1 to 2 years of progressive work-related experience in the same role
• Strong communication skills in English
• Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera)
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Have strong capabilities in handling technicality of revenue-generating mediums

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Ensure accurate entry of booking details and maintain updated records
• Accurately record customer information and charge credit cards upon successful reservations
• Resolve reservation-related issues with professionalism and care
• Maximize rooms revenue through the conversion of telephone calls into sales
• Be fluent in all hotel products and services
• Have a thorough knowledge of the operation of Opera Reservations System with a main focus on inputting, retrieving, and revising room reservations.
