Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures
Follow daily cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently
Stock and organize housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and linens
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and economically
Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
Maintain a strong knowledge of the local area to assist guests with inquiries and directions
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
