QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts and their functions.
• Skilled in using EPC software to identify parts.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and follow operational guidelines.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Promote parts during sales promotions and ensure efficient operations to meet customer needs.
• Achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets as per business plan.
• Review and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and reservations to close deals.
• Provide outstanding customer service using EPC catalogue.
• Register and report loss of sales and suggest actions to improve parts availability.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports.
