Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of professional photography experience
• Expertise in lighting and studio setups
• Proficiency in lifestyle, food, and interior photography
• Strong conceptual thinking skills to ideate and execute creative projects
• Experience in financial management and budget oversight for photography projects
• Strong time management and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with clients
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards

Position Summary:

The role is responsible for leading the creative direction and managing the photo team to produce high-quality lifestyle, food, and interior photography.

• Lead creative direction for photoshoots, ensuring artistic vision aligns with project goals
• Utilize advanced lighting techniques to enhance visual outcomes
• Capture high-quality images across lifestyle, food, and interior photography
• Manage, mentor, and oversee junior photographers, ensuring their development and adherence to project timelines
• Collaborate with creative teams to understand and meet client requirements
• Develop conceptual ideas for shoots, integrating innovative techniques and creative solutions
• Manage budgets and project costs, ensuring financial efficiency in production
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of photography trends, tools, and techniques
• Oversee project timelines and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
• Ability to propose and develop new business opportunities
