Manage, mentor, and oversee junior photographers, ensuring their development and adherence to project timelines
Collaborate with creative teams to understand and meet client requirements
Develop conceptual ideas for shoots, integrating innovative techniques and creative solutions
Manage budgets and project costs, ensuring financial efficiency in production
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of photography trends, tools, and techniques
Oversee project timelines and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
