QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning duties
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and services
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs at all times
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Empathetic and attentive to guests’ comfort and well-being
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with personalized attention and anticipating their needs
  • Escort guests to appropriate facilities and offer tours of the spa as required
  • Assist guests with spa-related information and answer any questions they may have
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and relaxation areas
  • Prepare treatment rooms according to specified guidelines and standard operating procedures
  • Act as a host in locker rooms and relaxation areas, ensuring guests find their treatments and are served refreshments
  • Consistently engage with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
  • Stock and organize spa amenities, toiletries, and supplies
  • Collaborate with spa therapists and other team members to provide a seamless guest experience
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
