  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly guest-oriented with a strong sense of service and attention to quality.
  • Creative, energetic, and possesses a dynamic personality.
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality settings is a strong advantage.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide a friendly, personalised welcome and attentive service to guests, adapting to their needs and constraints
  • Establish good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
  • Prepare and maintain the restaurant, including point of sale and preparation areas
  • Deliver efficient waiter service, including knowledge of dish composition and handling any shortages
  • Recommend and promote F&B and bar offers, as well as other hotel services
  • Contribute to meeting department targets by respecting procedures and internal audits
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace, adhering to HACCP regulations
  • Ensure proper care of equipment, crockery, and appliances
  • Apply hotel security regulations and safety guidelines for all equipment used
  • Convey an attitude in tune with the brand, contributing to the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant
