ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and upsell menu items
• Maintain a clean dining area and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy periods
