JOB PURPOSE :
• Support daily service operations, helping to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth teamwork on the floor.
• Provide guidance to colleagues by sharing knowledge, offering feedback, and supporting their development during service.
• Maintain high standards by following training protocols and helping new team members understand service expectations and compliance requirements.
Guest Experience
• Ensure all service equipment, glassware, and table settings are clean, polished, and ready for use. Keep dining areas organized, fully stocked, and prepared for expected guest volume, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
• Deliver exceptional fine-dining service by anticipating guest needs, managing requests professionally, and resolving any concerns to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Offer informed recommendations on dishes and wine pairings, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Responsible Business
• Support restaurant promotions, seasonal menus, and special events by communicating offerings confidently to guests.
• Stay aware of industry trends, menu updates, and wine selections to provide accurate and knowledgeable service.
• Ensure all food and beverage items are handled, stored, and rotated correctly to maintain quality and minimize waste.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory procedures when required.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
Financial
• Contribute to meeting revenue goals by upselling dishes, premium beverages, and wine pairings in a genuine and guest-focused manner.
• Promote value-driven experiences through an understanding of menu highlights and special offers.
• Handle payments and transactions accurately and securely.
