Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Must possess a valid QID, NOC, and Food Handling Certificate.
Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Greet and serve customers in a polite and efficient manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas.
