  • Tech-savvy with Opera or similar systems

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are great asset
  • Sales-driven mindset

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional front office service, including warm welcomes, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Anticipate guest needs, handle cash transactions, and maintain Pullman service standards.
  • Monitor room status, manage guest complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and follow VIP protocols.
  • Adhere to local government requirements and Pullman guidelines for guest management.
  • Knowledge with Opera system is a plus.
