Ensuring proper implementation of safety policies, HSE plans, and programs to provide a safe
system of work and ultimately reduce and eradicate accidents.
★Ensuring permit to work at the site for all activities.
★Inspection of the workplace on a routine basis and taking suitable steps to eliminate all unsafe
working conditions and potential hazards and ensure good housekeeping.
★Responsible for coordinating and delivering customized safety training to fulfill the training
requirements for the employees.
★Ensuring that team supervisors hold weekly safety meetings and submit reports to the HSE
departments, including written records of worker orientations, checklists, third-party equipment
certification, and more.
★Providing safety induction training to all new workers before any job starts and working as a team
player.
★Ensures that worker welfare facilities are matching with the standards.
★Ensure all employees working with hazardous substances have immediate access to and a thorough
understanding of MSDS and COSHH assessments.

★Ensuring that PPE issues are addressed on-site and liaising with the procurement department to
place orders.
★ Witnessing daily toolbox/STARRT briefings for the workers and monthly inspections with a color-
coded system for fire fighting equipment, lifting tools & tackles, as well as hand and power tools
along with a competent person.
★Managing preparation and training of emergency drills, and maintaining records.
★Keeping safety posters, signage, slogans, and bulletins up to date.
★Monitoring the inspections of vehicles and construction equipment.
★Initiating investigations and reporting of incidents, near-miss, property damage, etc, and
reviewing flash analysis reports and statistics preparation.
★Monitoring the weather for any changes in climate, such as strong winds, sandstorms, or rainfall.
