Qualification & Experience:
  • University Degree with a medical background Biomedical Engineer, Radiographer, Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Nursing.
  • Advance knowledge of Medical Imaging.
  • Masters is preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience handling Sales of Medical Imaging (MRI/CT/X-Ray/Cathlab)
  • Language and proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Computer proficiency level required: Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite
  • Driving: Valid GCC driving license required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • First level customer/ supplier interface
  • Solves Tier 1 escalated problems within prescribed guidelines ensuring complete customer/ supplier satisfaction and contributing towards developing customer loyalty and principal retention.
  • Interface with Finance & logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries of products and collections of payments from customers and goods ordering and payments to suppliers
  • Monitors internal stock level to maintain proper supply chain.
  • Prepare yearly forecasts & budgets and draw up weekly/monthly action plans to achieve the same.
  • Work closely with all departments, especially the project team to ensure timely execution of projects
  • Provide direct supervision to senior product specialists within their department through leadership, coaching, training & development.
  • Prepares technical & commercial proposals & offers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities
  • Promotes companies’ products to customers on daily basis and attends to their concerns & issues.
  • Ensures proper transfer of information from clients to suppliers and vice versa.
  • Informs Suppliers of any adverse product performances to take suitable action on time.
  • Updates clients of latest product releases and other developments.
  • Develops good relationships with Logistics team & management of suppliers.
  • Identify sales leads and develop new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competition to stay updated with industry developments
  • Communicate sales operations requirements in an accurate and timely manner as directed by management
  • Follow up on agreements and tenders’ submissions related to his specialty
  • Prepare quotations and feasibility studies.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
  • Provide product support and training to customers as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data as required
  • Review receivables & payables regularly and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely collection of revenues and payment
  • Ensure product inventory related is updated by closely monitoring inventory report through supply chain data and customer service.
  • Use customer satisfaction and complaints data from the quality assurance to gain insights to enable sound business decision making and maintain high level of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor supplier performance evaluation and coordinate further mitigation plans.
  • Coordination with the all parties including the customer service and project team for a project is related to their department till ending the project.
  • Ensure that the customer is satisfied with our equipment and service after delivery.
  • Monitor and prepare technical and commercial proposals & offers.
  • Analyze market trend, new product-worthiness and formulate strategies for team leads to maintain high performance environment.
  • Manage stock to ensure zero stock loss
  • Analyze accounts receivable ageing reports and provides reports to business unit manager.
  • Conduct competitive quality analysis on products being promoted.
  • Analyze brand performances for negotiations with suppliers for price, credit & other commercial terms.
  • Understand and enforce company/departmental policies & procedures.
  • Discuss upcoming projects, opportunities, sales & ways to achieve growth.
