Architect Inspector

Position: Architect Inspector
Location: West Bay, Qatar

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, particularly in hotels and high-rise building projects.
• Valid QID for Qatar residents.
• Inspect and oversee architectural aspects of construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Review and approve architectural shop drawings, materials, and mock-ups.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and designers to resolve any architectural discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Ensure all architectural elements meet safety and regulatory standards.
