QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
• Knowledge in Opera PMS is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
• Additional language is an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Telephone Operator, you will be responsible for attending to all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner. You will coordinate with the concerned departments and deal with guest requirements in a courteous, charming and professional manner.
