QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Good experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Good English communication and teamwork skills.
JOB PURPOSE :
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items in the storeroom.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
- Issue materials and supplies to departments as per approved requests.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies to the Purchasing Manager.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing team for timely replenishment of stock.
