QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Conduct timely customer callbacks to follow up on inquiries, service utilization, and post-sales feedback.
  • Ensure all customer communications are handled professionally to improve satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and support upselling opportunities by promoting value-added services such as tinting, PPF, and related products
  • Clearly communicate service benefits to customers to increase conversion rates.
  • Act as a replacement for sales promoters and sales executives during leave, off-duty periods, or absences
  • Maintain accurate customer records and databases
  • Prepare and update reports related to customer follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance
  • Convert pending or unutilized tint opportunities into confirmed sales through effective communication and coordination
  • Support and operate across different branches throughout the year based on business requirements
