Qualification & Experience:

• Ideally with a professional diploma or certification in Hygiene.
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience as Hygiene Officer in larger operation.
• Strong knowledge of international hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP certification.
• Certification with ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages, especially Arabic, is an advantage.
• Experience in luxury hotel operations or In GCC food safety regulations is a plus.
