- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, services, and current events to address guest questions accurately
- Assist with special requests or errands to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure proper tagging and secure storage of guest luggage
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall hotel operations
