  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, services, and current events to address guest questions accurately
  • Assist with special requests or errands to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Ensure proper tagging and secure storage of guest luggage
