Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in business development or a similar role in the HVAC industry.
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet organizational goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present business proposals and reports to management.
