QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

10 years experience in Engineering roles, including 6 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 2 years experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.

Extensive experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.

Broad experience and demonstrated competence in managing across all phases of project execution including start up and handover, and managing technical issues.

Broad knowledge in project planning, scheduling, cost control, project gating system, project execution plan, risk management, change management, interface management, commissioning, and hand over processes/procedures.

Extensive knowledge across engineering disciplines, international engineering standards, specifications, design, and execution methodologies.

Strong experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.

Proven experience in technology adoption and implementation of continuous improvement

Experience in designing pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, and storage tanks, and familiarity with relevant software and standards such as ASME, API, and TEMA.
