Manager Risk and Control Oversight | CBQ

Key Accountabilities: 

• Coordinate Operational risk Committee action plans and outstanding points including liaisons with Business and support units
• Collaborate to define operational risk policies and procedures (RCSA, LDE, KRI’s, and scenarios)
• Implement Risk control self-assessment methodology across the Bank
• Implement Loss data events methodology across the bank
• Implement KRIs methodology across the Bank
• Implement risk scenarios methodology across the bank
• Implement operational risk mitigations plans across the Bank

Other Accountabilities : 

• Analyze and challenge different risk and controls with relevant stakeholders and business
• Conduct thematic deep dive and assessment over high and critical points of risk (Business and operations)
• Conduct trainings and workshops with 1LOD business and support departments
• Improve and strengthen risk culture across the 1LOD
