QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with good problem-solving abilities
  • Physical fitness to stand, lift, push and pull for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to challenging situations

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to brand standards, ensuring they are well-presented at all times.
  • Report maintenance defects in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house through KnowCross.
  • Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer care, maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude even when faced with challenges.
  • Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
  • Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
