Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate of Marketing or Business Administration or any business related course.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, providing customer-based solutions in response to customer needs
  • Experience in similar industry will be an advantage
  • Proven experience in start-up sales environment
  • Experience in building sales and sales account retention
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
  • Functional knowledge in MS Office.
  • Possesses ability in identifying various fabrics or garments appropriate per client needs
  • Demonstrated organization skills
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision while under pressure

Role Summary:

This role will be responsible for acquiring and realizing new customer leads, retaining existing customers, and managing accounts through selling and promotion of products and services, contributing to the department’s achievement of allocated monthly sales target, while generating new opportunities to increase market share in the garments sectors.
