Engineering background, preferably in Civil.
Experience managing Civil and AMC projects.
Proven sales management skills with a track record in business development.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Locally available in Qatar.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for Civil and AMC contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities.
Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
