QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Good experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Good English communication and teamwork skills.

 

JOB PURPOSE :

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items in the storeroom.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
  • Issue materials and supplies to departments as per approved requests.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies to the Purchasing Manager.
  • Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing team for timely replenishment of stock.
